I would highly recommend. I have visited Milford Sounds once before, but the coach tour was a great experience, saved me driving there and overnight accomodation. Vaughan was our driver and wow, what a wealth of knowledge he has, along with a passion for sharing this special place with others. I learned so much, which I would not have if I'd done another self drive.
The cruise itself was beautiful, waterfalls were gushing due to a lot of rainfall in the days prior. A fantastic experience again.
I recently visited Yosemite in USA, also amazing however Milford is on another level. 💖🌏
I took a packed lunch with plenty of snacks as I hadn't booked the buffet etc. There were plenty of yempting and delicious food stops to and from Milford, so I barely used my prepared food.
It's a long day trip of course but totally worth every minute.
All in all a comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. 5 stars to Vaughan !!
