Million Dollar Cruise Queenstown

Posted by Russell from New Zealand on 6 Jul 2025
Russell said... If you look on Google Maps, the cruise starts in Queenstown, then heads around the corner and up to Frankton, in what’s called the Frankton Arm. The majority of the cruise is taken up looking at ultra-expensive houses on the shore. Captain Dan was very articulate and kept up a constant commentary. Small children need to be kept quiet, and there is a designated area for them, should that be necessary. The upper deck is limited to 20 persons at a time. The boat is very stable, with only a little rocking caused by larger wakes. There are beverages on board for purchase, including in July, mulled wine, which was yummy. Food is limited to snacks and a sandwich.
