You're given warm gloves and a jacket upon arrival (make sure to wear warm pants and shoes as I didn't ops!!!).
The ladies who served us were super lovely.
You are given 30 minutes to look around the bar - but most people left by like 15 to 20 minutes because it's so cold haha! But it's so worth going as super pretty. Drinks were good also.
The ice scupltures were made by a filipino who I think they said lives in Auckland. He comes back every now and then to fix up the sculptures.
There's an ice throne which you can sit on and take photos. The drinks are served in cup made of ice also.
Tip: get to queenstown early as hard to find street parking. You need to get to the ice bar 15 mins before booking time. If you can't find parking, park in one of the streets towards the Skyline and walk down to the CBD. These street parking don't have time limits.
