Katie Frew said... During a self-driving Lord of the Rings tour of New Zealand we did the Nomsd Safaris Safari of the Scenes to the Wakatipu Basin. It was wonderful! Our guide was highly knowledgeable about the history of the area as well as about Lord of the Rings. He took us to places we never would've gone and experienced on our own. The small group made it perfect to ask questions and he took photos of us at all the stops. We had a lovely coffee stop and went gold panning. Very good tour, highly recommend!
