I have never write a bad review until today.
To sum up: bad booking service + worse coach + the shortest cruise, just 1'10h.
About the booking:
We were very excited about booking a cruise to Milford sound, and we choose the premium cruise, and after paying we received an email telling us that the only way to get to the cruise is by a coach without previous notice.
Not only they made us upgrade and pay the triple that we had for getting into the coach, but they put us in a lower class cruise without any compensation.
Regarding the coach:
The driver Wayne, a side of being very rude with us, he didn't stop talking during all the trip, 3 whole hours!
About the cruise:
A side from no providing any snacks as they said, we were the last cruise going into the sea, and the first one coming back. Just 1'10 hours, not 1'40 as it is said. The day was perfect, sunny, no wind, no hazards excuse.
The rest of the cruises go further down into the Milford Sound, the Jucy one is the shortest, and the worst. Overpriced and disappointing.
