I had a great experience at the Ice Bar! I originally had my booking at 5 pm, but unfortunately couldn’t make it on time. I called at the last minute to let them know, and the staff member who answered was incredibly kind and understanding. He helped reschedule my booking to a later time on the same day, which I really appreciated.
The experience itself was truly unique and memorable. Almost everything inside — from the walls to the furniture and decorations — was made entirely of ice, except for the ceiling and the floor. It created such a cool (literally!) and different atmosphere that you don’t get to experience every day.
We were also given a complimentary cocktail, which was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. Overall, it was a fun, well-managed, and one-of-a-kind place to visit. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for something different!
