There are two offices of RealNZ at the 88 Beach Road hence creates confusion. Me and few other travellers were waiting at the office towards the lake. After we got to know the correct office from a fellow traveller, everything was a breeze. We were lucky to have a good weather along. All in all a must visit while in Queenstown.
