The bus driver Jimmy was efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable and chose good stops for photos and breaks. The ride to and from was a very enjoyable part of the whole experience. The boat crew were all top notch and very helpful, considerate and the food on the boat was very good. So glad we didn't drive ourselves and could relax on the way and not have to worry about details and parking at the Sound. Very happy with the whole experience, including the gorgeous weather!
