When they came around to see if I had brought a photo , I mentioned that I felt uncomfortable, and they said we give you the choice of a photograph but you are not obliged to take it. I don't think they are getting the point, if they had been to the side, I would have seen what was available to choose, but to totally block the gang way and not let me past, without actually asking them to move, is unacceptable, too aggressive and very intimidating. This is not a kiwi experience.
