We were so fortunate that the weather was fine at the time of booking (it was pouring for a few hours prior). When we called an hour earlier to confirm the flight, we were told that we were short 2 people as a minimum of 4 was required to fly. However, the receptionist and pilot were very accommodating - they put us on a smaller helicopter instead. As it was our first time flying in a helicopter, we were nervous at first but the pilot was very capable and the takeoff, flight itself & landing were smooth. The views at the top were extraordinary. We took lots of photos. The pilot also took some photos for us. Overall, a fantastic experience to celebrate an important milestone. We are very grateful to the Heliworks team for going out of their way to making this a memorable experience.
