However, the next day when I went there the staff told me that they did not update their website so it was actually fully booked for the day I signed up for. Therefore, I had to come back the next day. I lived in my uncle's place in Wanaka so the travel was okay for me. Yet, for people or tourists that might have come from a longer distance I do not think they will be happy if this happened to them. And your equipments especially those goggles were very loose, I had to pull them back all the way when I was coming down so was not that comfortable doing that either. Everything else was good.
