The BEST anniversary dinner experience we could ever ask for!
We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at Skyline Queenstown – Gondola & Stratosfare Buffet Dinner, and it was nothing short of magical. From start to finish, the service was outstanding and truly made our night unforgettable.
Although I missed responding earlier to their email about reserving the best window seat, Amelia (Team Lead) went above and beyond to make everything possible. Without any extra charges, she moved us to a perfect window seat overlooking the icy Queenstown mountains — an absolutely breathtaking view that set the tone for a very special evening.
A special thanks also to Olivia, who was so polite and attentive. She not only cleared our plates with such professionalism but also surprised us by serving sparkling wine and cocktails, courtesy of the restaurant, which made us feel extra celebrated on our special day.
The food was incredible — a top-class buffet arrangement with so many delicious options that it was impossible to try them all. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The overall atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and combined with the view, it truly felt like dining in a dream.
We are so grateful to Amelia, Olivia, and the entire team at Stratosfare Restaurant & Bar for making our anniversary unforgettable. This was honestly the best dining experience we’ve ever had, and we cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting Queenstown.
