Emily said... The activity itself was fine, the track is not well maintained and poses so many safety hazards but it's NZ so... The people that work at the top of the luge are friendly and professional. The experience with the people at the gondola is less than sub par. I understand QT is transient and as the seasons change new employees come in and out but I interacted with 3 different people that work in the foyer of the gondola, who provided the WORST customer service. I get that it can be frustrating dealing with tourists but regardless you must treat everyone with the same patience and respect. The lack of care these young assholes had is beyond. There's plenty of people coming in and out of this town if you can't do your job to a quality standard then you should be fired.
