Service was below average, the waitress clearly wished she was elsewhere and seemed irritated by any questions about the menu telling my mother “it comes exactly as described, if it had anything else it would say it”.
The food itself was nice enough but the attitudes ruined the evening, when it came time to pay the staff were put out that we were using a coupon then told us we couldn’t use it on three of four of our dishes (we had four x discount coupons for 50% off) finally they decided we could use it and we went on our way.
Note to Slow Cuts- if you put discount coupons into the marketplace to get more business, provide a service worth coming back for and don’t embarrass people.
It’s a great way to get repeat business but no one wants to repeat a bad experience.
