Two days before the event we were sent information on what to bring and what to wear etc. Today we were asked for a review of the experience. We drove to the Snowfarm from Queenstown on the appointed day, and the venue was closed, there was no snow and no one to speak to. We understand the difficulties and would have been OK if we had been notified but the level of communication between the tour operator and Bookme is terrible. Wasted a whole day. Is Bookme still taking bookings?
