Kristen I said... Made the appt last minute and late at night for the following day - a holiday, so I wasn't even sure it would work. Received a prompt and polite call the next morning to see if we could push the time back a bit, which actually worked better for me. Got right in and started, enjoyed a vigorous and relaxing massage, skipped the facial (my request, I've never been a fan), and a lovely upgraded mani/pedi. I enjoyed the chit chat, the ambiance, and the services, and if I come back to NZ next year I'll certainly be back.
