There is no shortage of fantastic dining in Queenstown, but if you want that truly special dining experience, the degustation at the Bunker is absolutely what you're looking for.
Having recently experienced the incredible service, cuisine and matching wines with a friend recently, we were pleasantly surprised when we realised 3 hours had gone by.
A degustation (many courses) is to be savoured, experienced without any thought of rushing. Having said that, the staff moved seamlessly and expertly at our pace; most definitely there was no looking at watches on our part wondering when the next sublime course was going to arrive, and absolutely zero frustration on the part of the staff.
The Bunker clearly employs staff of a very high calibre; it is evident in every little detail.
I have enjoyed many wonderful degustation experiences, yet I don't believe that I have yet experienced a restaurant's degustation menu more than once.
That will certainly change with The Bunker.
