J&J said... What an awesome day! The climb is absolutely fantastic and would do it again in a heart beat. I can't wait to come back to NZ in the future - this will be top of the list of things to do. It just keeps getting better the higher you go. It is accessible for almost anyone but still gives everyone a thrill when you're sitting back on a near vertical face at 400 metres above the valley floor. The views! Don't know why anyone would bother paying big money to do other activities which give you no control and only last a few seconds, when you can do this and achieve something over 4 hours. Say hi to Michael our guide for us; he's a legend and carries up some super tasty rolls/brownies for lunch.
