Grant Nicol of Zen Arcade Massage has spent the last two years working on hundreds of clients from in and around the Rotorua area. With a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic and Sports Massage, he offers either of these modalities in his one-on-one 60-minute sessions depending on your personal needs.
His clientele includes mountain bikers, road cyclists, trail runners, triathletes, marathon runners and an ex All Black. Work-related injuries also make up a sizeable portion of his work. Getting clients back on their feet, back to work or back in the game is what drives him on.
Located on Haupapa Street in the CBD and open 7 days a week he is ready to help you be the best you can whether it is relaxation you are after or an invigorating deep tissue Sports Massage.

Sports Massage
Awsum sports massage. A little bruised on the attachment site of the deltoid, however it feels great and I do notice the difference already, which is huge and there is nothing wrong with a little bruising. I needed the work done and I will be going back next week for more of the same from the same masseuse. I'm grateful that I have found a new massage therapist only 10mins from work. As a massage therapist myself of 13years, I rate Grant Nicol well.

Awesome and painful!!!
I knew I had neglected to stretch properly and I was riding 50k days. Everything hurt.! Grant listened to what I thought my needs were and also talked me through the tight spots and tension whilst working to release the gnarly bits. Great experience and highly recommended to all MTB riders visiting Rotorua. Thanks Grant!

Awesome Sports Massage
well recommended, knows exactly what he was doing and well experienced, concentrated on areas that had been causing long term problems, he gave excellent advise on how stretching exercises, I left feeling really relaxed. Would recommend him to everyone
