Seared Scallop - Served in mushroom dash, tangy apple slaw with shiitake kombu.
Lamb Kofta - Mediterranean spiced lamb served with rocket, beetroot, tzatziki, red capsicum & salsa verde.
Duck Liver Paté - Duck liver pâté, red onion jam, prosciutto, garlic olive oil, crostini, pickled grape.
Steam Pot Mussels - Garlic and white wine, cream.
Arancini - Italian fried mushroom risotto balls with rocket & blue cheese sauce.
Spring Rolls - House made pork & cabbage rolls served with chilli jam & orange miso butter.

Gourmet Beef Burger and Chips - 250 gram house made beef burger, bacon, fresh salad, onion jam, Brie, Smoky Bourbon sauce, aioli, fries.
Grilled Parmesan Gnocchi - Roman semolina style gnocchi made with parmesan, served with confit cherry tomato, zucchini, cashew & mushroom cream.
Vegan Burger - Panfried falafel patty with red onion, coleslaw, guacamole, beer batter potato & vegan aioli.
Chicken, Mushroom and Bacon Pappardelle - Pappardelle, chicken pieces, mushroom, bacon, velvet cream sauce.
Scotch Fillet - 250g prime scotch fillet, topped with mushroom sauce, served with coleslaw, kumara fries, guacamole & chimichurri.
Eye Fillet - Bacon wrapped tenderloin with roasted shallots, confit cherry tomato, cashew, dauphinoise, salsa verde & port wine jus.
T-Bone - 400g T-bone steak served with blue cheese potato, warm tomato & shallot, grilled zucchini, bacon, red wine jus & salsa verde - ($6 surcharge).
Rack of Lamb - Pistachio stuffed cap on rack, served with beetroot, edamame, lamb & bacon roulade, baby carrots & red wine jus.
Singapore Duck - Spiced duck breast served with crispy spring roll, ginger orange & miso butter, radish & apple salad, crispy noodles.
Harrissa Pork - Roasted pork belly spiced with harissa and peach, chicharron, bok hoy, prawn, apple slaw & pineapple salsa.
Ora King Salmon - Served with cumin carrot, beetroot, chickpea, spinach, watermelon & honey soy ginger glaze.

Anzac Coconut Cookie - Our take on the classic, world famous in New Zealand biscuit, invented during WW1, that we have tweaked into a delicious cocktail. Malibu, golden syrup, Vanilla vodka, coconut cream, chocolate soil.
