Together with your expert guide, your team will enjoy a 50 minute action packed ride down 14 epic rapids in a tight and twisting warm water jungle canyon.
This is a white water enthusiasts dream and is a must do for adrenaline junkies and 1st timers rafters alike!
No prior experience is necessary as you will be given full and comprehensive training but basic swimming skills is recommended
All you need is a reasonable level of fitness, a sense of fun and adventure, swimwear and a towel.

One of the best adventures I’ve done in nz!
This is the second time I have done this and loved every minute just the same! Our guide Malcolm did a great job at keeping us safe and we had tons of fun! Highly recommend!

A raging good time.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Kaituna Cascades. The guides are funny and high-energy, but also clearly focused on safety and ensuring everyone makes it in (and out) of the river. It is definitely a high-octane activity, no doubt, but I'd recommend it to anyone. Book it!

Excellent experience
Highly recommend! The experience was absolutely exciting but I felt incredibly safe. Our coach Jared is an exceptional guide. He was not only professional and humourous but also patient with everyone in the raft, making sure we all felt comfortable before and after the big drops.

Great experience
I had an amazing experience with Jasper as our group guide, with very clear explanations and instructions from beginning to end, encouraged us to make the most the most of it whilst being very clear about safety. He made it a lot of fun. My only disappointment was that the raft didn't tip over hehe. It was exhilarating in a slightly scary way but we always knew we were in safe hands. He was a very good communicator. Thanks Jasper.
