Together with your expert guide, your team will enjoy a 50 minute action packed ride down 14 epic rapids in a tight and twisting warm water jungle canyon.
This is a white water enthusiasts dream and is a must do for adrenaline junkies and 1st timers rafters alike!
No prior experience is necessary as you will be given full and comprehensive training but basic swimming skills is recommended
All you need is a reasonable level of fitness, a sense of fun and adventure, swimwear and a towel.

Unreal experience
What a fantastic time on the water, the river is stunning , was nervous about the whole white water rafting thing and 7 metre waterfall but our guide Josh was amazing and I knew we were in good hands with him as our guide. Ton of adrenaline running through the body, unreal experience and would recommend to everyone. Thank you to the whole Kaituna team, everyone we so friendly and welcoming.

Loved it!
This was the best rafting experience I have ever had! The 7m waterfall is an absolute highlight but there are so many different sections in the river so it never gets boring! The crew is super fun and professional too! 10/10

Awesome trip with highly experienced guides
What an amazing trip! We were two adults and two 13 year old girls who absolutely loved every minute of this tour. Great, friendly, professional and super experienced staff - amazing photographer who took awesome photos of our group - more than any other tour operator in NZ! Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough :)

Fun and exciting family adventure activity
A super friendly, co-operative, humerous, fun -loving group helped us enjoy an adventurous, whitewater rafting experience. Our raft flipped down the 7m waterfall, but we were well warned of appropriate action and soon back in the raft. We swam in the water alongside the raft and even swam down a waterfall in the quality wet suits, booties and life jackets provided. Our guide was competent, thorough and inspiring. Our family of 5 were kept together in a raft and we even managed to change our time slot when delayed by traffic. The site was easy to find, but lies some 20 mins drive from Rotorua. I recommend this awesome activity for U!
