Kick back and enjoy a sun-downer from the bar - this is the perfect way to start an evening out or to relax and unwind after a long day.

If you feel like being active there's the chance to take the helm, hoist the sails and grind the winches or try your luck with some trout fishing. Cooling off in the fresh clear waters of Lake Rotoiti is always an option too and Tiua makes for the perfect diving platform.

If pure relaxation is all you're craving just sit back chill out and indulge in a premium Kiwi beverage while the stunning scenery quietly passes by.

Your knowledgeable skipper and crew will take the time to point out historic and culturally significant features of Lake Rotoiti as well as share a few of the local Maori legends.

Tiua has a broad spacious deck with beanbags and bow-nets to so you can spread out and relax in style. The luxurious saloon and cockpit provide comfort and shelter to cruise and fish whatever the weather.

Duration: 2 ½ hr duration - Sailing times vary with the sun, departures between 5:30-6:30pm November 1st thru April 30th.

Trout Fishing: Lake Rotoiti is a deep beautiful lake that produces trophy trout throughout the year. Pure Cruise has all the equipment you need for fishing, both trolling and jigging. It is important to note however that you will need a fishing license which can be purchased onboard; $22.50 per adult (18+ yrs) and $7.00 per junior (12 - 17 yrs) for a 24 hour license. Child free. (0-11 yrs)

Pure Cruise Sailings depart from Mourea, Okawa Bay, Lake Rotoiti just 20km North of Rotorua. If you do not wish to self-drive to Mourea please select the transport option (extra $25pp) as you proceed to checkout nominating your central Rotorua location for pick-up and drop off.

Sailings confirmed with a minimum 2 full fair adults or equivalent, smaller bookings waitlisted to confirm. Children 15 years & under.
