    A fabulous experience

Took some family from Australia, and they all loved it. The Kiwi Hatchery was a major highlight, as we got to see a freshly-born Kiwi - we were very lucky! So many amazing animals to see, the staff were amazing, very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

    A visit to kiwi

I got a half price for essentials pass for the nature park from bookme! Worths visiting the kiwi, a unique bird only found in New Zealand. Also recommend to families with children. It’s a zoo suitable for educating children to know animals. Enjoy the unlimited big splash. I spent half day in the nature park and half day in Skyline Rotorua, just next to it.

My daughter and I had an awesome time! The kiwi guided tour was an absolute highlight. We learnt a lot and even got to see a baby chick that had just hatched that morning! We must’ve gone on the big splash ride about 6 times. So much fun!

We feel not as advertised and not a lot for a 3 year old, just a few birds and not a Lot more. Very expensive even on a book me deal. Disappointed hence the one star.

    First time

The beginning was confusing as we did not know where to go. The staff were helpful and knowledgable. The kiwis were amazing as we had never seen one before. We loved the birds especially Jenny the Kakapo because when you called her name she came but dont put your fingers through the fence as she is very quick and will nip you as my nephew found out. The kids were disappointed as the log slide ride thing had closed for the day at 3pm. Overall we enjoyed the animals and fish and walking through the forest.
