Blast through narrow canyons, and speed over the crystal clear waters of the upper Waikato River. Experience the thrill and manoeuvrability of this impressive watercraft as your jet boat negotiates tight spins and takes on the Nga Awa Purua Rapids with full V8 power and aggression; surfing the pressure waves and ripping up and down the white water.
The scenery on the river is spectacular and there is ample time to enjoy your amazing surrounds while learning about the wildlife and history of the area.
Rapids Jet is set in the beautiful Aratiatia Scenic Reserve just 15 minutes drive north of Taupo and 50 minutes south of Rotorua and is guaranteed to get the blood pumping.

Rapid Jet Rave
This was a fantastic experience from booking, to the friendly greeting at reception and the jetboat experience. My wife wasn’t so sure before but is still buzzing about it now. Give yourself a buzz and do it!

Rapids Jet
If your heading to Taupo., I highly recommend trying RapidsJet adventure. Fast, fun, and full of adrenaline and the driver named Shannon is really good and knowledgeable- you won't regret it. We had a best time and enjoyed every second. of it.
