Step aboard and join us for a sail on New Zealand's only commercially operated electric yacht–zero emissions, no noise or fumes
As we silently cruise out to the carvings on crystal clear water you will be able to view the spectacular scenery from the comfort of your seat.
Our experienced skippers will inform you about the ecological, historical, spiritual and cultural significance of the area as you sail out to the 14-metre high Maori Rock Carvings in Mine Bay. The view of lake is magnificent from the sailboat and the captain is very friendly and entertaining the passengers.
Thank you for your review. Much appreciated.
Really loved the trip. The boat is really nice, comfortable and quiet so it's a very peaceful cruise over the lake. The scenery is stunning. The boat captain and his daughter were great hosts. Very highly recommend!
We absolutely loved our trip on the Barbary. Our skipper was informative and funny and seeing the Māori carvings was fascinating. Would 100% recommend.
