- If you arrive at the restaurant more than 15 minutes after the time specified on your booking confirmation your DiscountCouponwill have expired, and the restaurant is under no obligation to honour the discount or the booking.

- Bookme Discount Coupons cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion the restaurant may be running.

- Bookings cannot be made across different times, or discounts and then combined to accommodate for extra people or for any other reason. On any such bookings the discount will be deemed null and void, and you will receive no refund.

The fern cafe is permanently closed but the coupon is still on sale, which is ridiculous. You should stop selling discount coupon for this.

Worst cafe ever

My egg benedict was COLD and wasn't cooked property, covered FULLY in hollandaise sauce (which tasted really bad too). My partner's mocha tasted like nothing like mocha. His waffles was way too sweet (and he is a sweet tooth). The restaurant was dirty as well.... Very disappointed....
