This is one of the biggest and most exciting adventures in Aotearoa, New

Zealand. A vertical descent of over 300 metres down a steep set of waterfalls

involving abseils-rappels of up to 80 metres, exhilarating water slides, ziplines

and jumps (optional of course) of up to 14 metres into deep volcanic rock

pools guaranteed to thrill.

Visitor safety is our priority, which is why we specialize in small group tours.

The scale of the adventure is matched by the scale of the epic scenery.

A passion for adventure and discovery and a good level of fitness is required.

You will get the chance to sit back and enjoy the views, however this is a full

day’s high adrenalin activity.

Big jumps are optional - abseils/rappels are not. All gear is provided along

with expert guides.

What's included

  • A full day out, all equipment, photos/video, lunch and BBQ snack after the days end

Duration

  • Allow approximately 10 hours duration for the whole experience

Restrictions

  • Minimum age: 15
  • Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness

Bad Weather Refunds

  • If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Notes

  • A good fitness level is necessary • Participants over 120kg need to enquire to ensure equipment will fit. Canyonz may cancel any trip at their discretion based on weather forecasts and water levels or where it is determined the trip is unsafe to operate for any reason
