Great
Everything perfect with the pick up at home. When we finished, they said there will be a bus at 14h00,and that was what was written on the flyer they gave us. We finished at 12h50, so we had to wait 1h10min for it which was OK because it was a beautiful day. At 14h00 no one was there, so we called the agency. "the first bus is at 14h30" they said. And I just said, but the lady in the morning and your flyer says 14h00. She replied "No. 14h30.". No explanation. Fair enough. We waited 30min more. The bus arrived and did not had space for everyone. So we had to wait for another bus. Which meant that we left it was almost 15h00. Not so happy. Good part: a nice fresh popsicle ice cream when you arrive to the van.
Thanks for your feedback. Apologies for mix up in communication of our departure times. We have a new driver and she admitted that she did say 2pm. So we do apologise for that. As per our website t&c we do say that we have the right to change timetable - and we do this regularly depending on no. of people and the weather. Were you part of a group? I recall a group choosing to not get on the shuttle due to the fact that there were only 3 seats rather than 5 seats. We do try to get people out as soon as possible. You paid for a shared ride shuttle - and as people walk at different paces we have to accommodate that. Its very difficult at times. Thank you for your patience - it is frustrating I know - and can be just as frustrating on our drivers and us as we try to make it work for everyone. Bright side - it was a good day! enjoy the rest of your journey :)
Very professional and attentive. We definitely recommend.

Great experience
Great Experience on Tongariro Alpine crossing and we even have the sun all day long. The shuttle was really punctual and they provide complementary equipments (jacket etc) to the ones who need it. Really kind people !
