Kia Ora Bill, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your experience and hope to see you here again one day soon!
Great work and interesting boat trip. It was raining a lot and that did detract from the experience but nothing anyone can do about the weather.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we're pleased you had a good time despite the weather, hope to see you back here again one day!
I really enjoyed both the walk to the jetty and the boat cruise. The walk was pleasant and very spectacular with many opportunities to view amazing geothermal features of the landscape. The cruise was very relaxing and the captain provided a very relevant educational commentary to the area being viewed. Thanks so much. Lots of good photos taken and great learning for my primary aged child.
We booked our tour at 11am , full summer sun and it was really hot, the boat ride was pleasant nevertheless, the driver mumbled his words and it was barely understood. I spoke to other passengers on board and they also weren't able to understand everything he was saying. A shame , because I suppose it was quite interesting. Also, it would be great if they sold some cold drink on board as we had already run out of water and it was sooo hot! Other than that, I highly recommend this experience!
Kia Ora Esther, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry it was hard to hear the skipper during the boat cruise, we will take this on board and work to improve. We do sell cold drinks on board as well as chips - we are sorry you were not informed of this. We do hope to see you here again one day soon!
