It's a cool area, but it wasn't particularly clean, there was rubbish around, particularly in the covered deck area.
Disappointed that I didn't actually get to do the water touch, this is apparently because I was the first of the day. Still disappointing, as they boast this as NZ's highest water touch, and I was quite far from the water.
Not overly impressed with the video. The fact that it flashes from the top camera to the bottom one in the middle of the jump means you miss half of it, and also the audio was not ideal. My advice would be to not prepay, and only buy it at the end if you're happy with it. What I would've liked to see is footage from the same camera for the entirety of the jump. Honestly, from the website, I expected footage from a staff member which would've been better, with zoom and what not. Had I not been alone, I would've got someone to film the jump from one of the view points and I expect I would have liked the footage more than what I got.
Overall, the staff were pretty good, the jump was fun, but there are a few points that would've made the experience better.
