Angela said... Due to weather conditions, our cruise in the morning was cancelled, and we were offered a refund, to try for 2.00pm. We opted for 2pm. At 1.45pm we were advised the cruise was going out as the wind had died down, however, if the conditions changed, then we would return, and were offered a refund before the cruise leaves, or to go on the cruise at 2pm, and if the cruise has to return, to receive a gift certificate for another date and time. We opted for the cruise, and in the end we had to return. On our return we were offered a refreshment and cookies! The staff, in the office, the captain and cruise director, were friendly, upfront, and provided information and updates right throughout the whole situation. A1 Service! Thanks Ernest Kemp cruises, cant wait for our next trip :D
