rking said... Very bad experience I booked in awaited the confirmation email that never came to inform me what time slot I have. I emailed them for a time to no response so I traveled across to ensure my wife didn't miss it. I missed a phone call as I was in the lobby reception to then finding an email after 10:00am stating no available bookings today. With emails going back an forth as there was no one to deal with in person on-site. I must say the gentlemen in reception from Pullman was great help and really tried his best to sort something. Very unprofessional dealing I my situation will not look a second time. Thanks to the Pullman staff.
