I booked online and the form had two price options - one for adult and one for child, and you had to pick a time slot. So, I chose two adults and 4 kids, at 1pm for $82. We raced to Rotorua to get there for our 1pm slot only to be rudely told at reception "I don't know anything about your booking" and to see that there was no scheduling at all. The place was overcrowded, with people turning up at all sorts of times. I then noticed the price board on the wall which included a family pass (2 adults, 2 children) for $48 and under 5 for $4. None of which was advertised or available on the online form. So I paid $26 more than I needed to, to play over-crowded mini-golf on a run down course, with a few rabbits hiding in bushes and a very rude receptionist. Needless to say, we won't be going back.
