carinaf said... I booked the gondola and 4 luge tickets for 10 oclock. We didn't arrive until 11 as I got a flat tyre on the way. I couldn't call as there was no phone reception. I tried to explain to the man in the booth what had happened but he said I had to pay an extra $25 per person because I was half an hour late. He said I should have read the terms and conditions...which I explained that I had but the reason I was late was beyond my control. I ended up having to pay an extra $75 so my kids wouldn't be disappointed. All up it cost $225. Why is there no discretion to waive this fee?
