Dapple said... We arrived around 08.00 am to the car park which was full by this time as we expected so we parked on the road and the shuttle came around 08.10 which was good as we weren't waiting for long at all. The ride to the start was smooth and some good advise was given the only thing that was wrong was the weather report but no one is really to blame for that. The crossing took us around 5 hours 20 and the summit to mount doom is off limits for now due to conservation reasons. Overall a great experience and way cheaper than paying on the day!
