THAIS MONTEIRO said... I felt unwell during the Tongariro Crossing hike and had to return to the start. We called their phone to ask for transport back to the Village ..and got only voice mail. Then sent an email at 11am that got replied by midnight. We had to get 2 rides from good souls to get us back to parking to get our car. Don’t recommend as they really failed miserably and left us on our own.

Horrible service, left us stranded
