Ian said... The disappointment started a few days before our booking with an e-mail that Freefall Extreme was down for maintenance and they were unsure of a completion date. They did offer us a change to rebook or cancel so that was to their credit.
We booked for an 0900 start and got there to find the park was still opening up, Having come from through from Taupo we'd had an earlish start to get there for the booking and to find the park and rides not ready to go was a bit of a let down.
On booking in we discovered that not only was Freefall Extreme still down but also Vertigo was not available either. So then we tried to use the Shweeb only for the outside line to fail repeatedly. My oldest son attempted about 5 attempts and had 2 successful runs.
Final nail was the Jetboat which had a few runs then stopped working.
The only positive was the friend service and attitude from the staff.
Given all this and adding in the price paid, I cannot give a recommendation for value for money and have to say that this was a disappointing experience.
