We had a fantastic guide Charlie, who really knew her stuff. We were greeted by friendly staff and the whole process of checking in and finding out what we were doing was very simple. It ended up my husband and I being the only ones on the tour and it was amazing. Being underground was an out of this world experience, we were never rushed and even had time to do a little exploring climbing through tight spots and having a little longer to see the glow worms. This was a mixture of climbing over, around and under rocks, swimming through parts and tubing - so a real mix. We would highly recommend this to anyone.
