Sit back and relax as we cruise the length of the 16km Fiord, venturing past the iconic Mitre Peak to the mighty Lady Bowen Falls, Lion Mountain, Copper Point, Seal Rock and Stirling Falls. Be sure to keep an eye out along the way for seals basking in the sun, pods of dolphins and even the rare Fiordland Crested Penguins that can be found seasonally within the region.

Our 2 hour cruises have strictly limited passenger numbers, ensuring you an intimate and authentic experience of one of the world’s most beautiful scenic destinations. Whether sitting inside our out on our viewing deck, you will have fantastic unobstructed photo opportunities as your knowledgeable and friendly skipper provides a fascinating commentary on the highlights along the course of the cruise.

    Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time and allow approximately 5 hours drive time from Queenstown or 2.5 hours from Te Anau.

  • IMPORTANT:

    Infants must be included in bookings as passengers and accounted for in the total passenger count for safety purposes. Failure to add an infant to your booking, particularly if we are fully booked, could prevent you from traveling with us.

    As we do have two separate vessels leaving simultaneously, it is vital that parties travelling together but with separate bookings stipulate this in the booking note, as we cannot guarantee that you are put together on the same boat if we are unaware of your group travelling together.

c'était une expérience inoubliable. le petit bateau s'est approché de très près des cascades! Et on eu la chance d'avoir plein de cascades car la veille il avait beaucoup plu. Si à visiter un seule endroit en Nouvelle Zélande, pour moi, c'est Milford Sound et en petit bateau.

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de Mitre Peak pour ce moment qui restera inoubliable. Magnifique paysage entre cascades vertigineuses (Bowen falls, Stirling falls... douche garantie), falaises abruptes, végétation luxuriante et montagnes abruptes dont la fameuse Mitre Peak. On en prend plein les yeux. Le "petit" bateau permet de s'approcher du nord des falaises pour profiter encore plus du spectacle des cascades. Les filles à la réception sont adorables et d'une énergie débordante. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Sympa mais un peu long, dans le sens où une fois la moitié faite le retour est un peu long surtout que fonction où on est placé dans le bateau on entend pas toujours très bien le guide + les gens parlent par dessus donc compliqué de tout écouter alors que c'est le plus intéressant de la visite Mais sympa pour visiter les fjords
