Thank you Francoise we're so glad you enjoyed your day! Our staff enjoy taking care of our passengers and love to share their passion for the marine environment.
We are a little surprised by this rating. It’s a Dolphins d Wildlife Cruise. We can not control how many dolphins we encounter, three is a very small number indeed. However we regularly have encounters of over 100. I can guarantee the staff crew will put 100% into finding marine wildlife, our encounter rate is over 98 percent. You refered to stopping off ON AN ISLAND .. we never stop on an island, our promotional literature clearly states it’s an island stopover at a cove for watersports. This is the Island and Wildlife Cruise full day, not the product you are reviewing here. Regarding only seeing seagulls.. that is absolutely not true. On every trip we will see Pryons Shearwaters Gannets Turns Shags Penguins and the gulls . Hope you have happy travels and best read your trip details before booking I will pass onto the crew your feedback, they will be disappointed
OMG your sour tongue!! Even today we had Orca Killer Whales with us .. we have incredible encounters. We can not understand how you did not enjoy the orcas and demanded to see dolphins. Orcas are actually dolphins by the way!! We appreciate that in Chile you have orca and this was not special for you.. however for the other customers it was a trip of a lifetime. Not to readers when we see orca it’s unlikely but not impossible to see other dolphins in the same area and we can take some time searching away from any Orca !! Check our Instagram ot FB to see awesome images of our cruises
