Located 50km offshore, Whakaari rises from the ocean with steaming vents, vibrant sulphur formations and rugged crater terrain - an otherworldly landscape best appreciated from the air.

Incredible Experience
The Scenic Flight was absolutely fantastic and so worth it! We were only 3 people in the little aircraft and we surrounded White Island four or five times. It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it!

Stunning views with lovely banter
I took my mum on this flight, and it was such a good time! We got to see over the east coast, to whale Island upto white island. Our pilot was also very lovely and knowledgeable about the area, and he could answer all my mums random questions too😅
