Join our experienced guides on a kayaking adventure that will take you into the stunning Whenuakura Island or Donut Island.
After a safety briefing, you will paddle from the beach approximately 30 minutes to a cave-like entrance that opens up into a beautiful lagoon surrounded by native fauna in the centre of the island.
Enjoy the views of unspoiled nature from your kayak as the island is a Wild Life Sanctuary that is off-limits to people landing on it.
We then head towards Hauturu Island to enjoy a cup of Kawakawa tea and visit some more locations of interest before heading back to shore. Your guide will be on hand to share their local knowledge and ensure the safety of all participants.

Fantastic!
Whenuakura island was adventurous and spiritual place! I really enjoyed kayaking in one of the most beautiful beach and islands,swimming and talking to other lovely people.Kawabata tea made me so relax and warm up after swimming in the secret island:) The guide was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge and super handsome!haha I can’t wait to visit them again! Thank you so much;)

Amazing
My partner and I did the tour and head a blast! Our instructor (sadly forgot her name) was brilliant! Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly she displayed great leadership and made everyone feel comfortable and save! Def recommend!

Fun and safe water activity!
This was an unforgettable kayaking experience, and our two instructors were incredibly friendly and patient. Since it was our first time kayaking, we weren't fully prepared; at the scheduled start time, our attire was not suitable for the sea. However, with the help of the instructors, we were able to borrow the right swimwear, and they patiently waited and assisted us. Once we were out on the water, the instructors demonstrated great skill, calmly handling unexpected situations. We enjoyed tea on the beach and even explored ancient caves. Thank you both so much!
