We had a wonderful experience with Dolphin Encounter and Wildlife Tours – Dolphin Seafaris. The staff on board were absolutely amazing, especially the girls on the boat who did a fantastic job throughout the trip.
We were travelling with our 2.5-month-old baby, and the team was very supportive, caring, and understanding, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Many passengers were feeling seasick, and the crew kept giving helpful advice and support to manage seasickness, which was really appreciated.
We were lucky enough to see dolphins twice during the tour, which was an unforgettable experience. The crew was very professional and strictly followed the Department of Conservation rules and regulations, showing great respect for marine life.
Overall, it was a well-organised, safe, and memorable trip. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for an authentic and responsible dolphin safari experience in New Zealand. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
