Our experience was good.
We were booked in for an hour massage on the Saturday but when we arrived we were told that our massage therapist was unable to make it in at the last minute.
We rescheduled for the following day which wasn't ideal as we were only in Tauranga for the weekend, so it messed up our jam packed schedule for the following day.
The actual massage was extremely good and we both felt that way.
Prior to our massage we were enjoying to hot pools but unfortunately everyone was confined to the one pool for 2 hours as a little munchkin pooped in the other two main pools - so that was a little disappointing but no fault of the facilities; it was just one of those things.
The facility itself is great - we just unfortunately experienced a few unwanted factors.
