Mum came up from Dunedin, we were super excited to do this, rocked up and they had no trace of our booking through bookme and fully booked themselves up with people that just turned up out of the blue.....was a bit annoyed considering we booked over a month in advance. Needless to say they managed to find a railcar for us to go in and we enjoyed the trip, was just a bit of a dampener on the day not being ready for us. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the journey was very scenic, an awesome part of New Zealand there!!!
