We were greeted by friendly staff and the whole process of checking in and finding out what we were doing was very simple. It ended up my husband and I being the only ones on the tour and it was amazing. Being underground was an out of this world experience, we were never rushed and even had time to do a little exploring climbing through tight spots and having a little longer to see the glow worms. This was a mixture of climbing over, around and under rocks, swimming through parts and tubing - so a real mix. We would highly recommend this to anyone.
