The menu is a modern infusion concept inspired by Middle Eastern, French and Asian cuisines with locally sourced ingredients. The wow factor comes from their authentic smoked meats and briskets cooked on their big smoker, with many hours spent, basting and turning the meat for perfection, designed for sharing. The selection of meats and briskets is absolutely delicious and is accompanied by sides such as Mac’n Cheese, slaw and pickles. Balter Bar have a talented mixologist behind the bar bringing a superb range of drinks that match the food superbly.
