Learn how to whip up a power-packed nutritious raw meal.

Food for Good believe it’s never too soon to learn healthy eating - and they’re here to help you! Using organic products wherever possible, Himalayan salt for flavour, natural sweetness from fruits and Petone Artesian water rather than tap, this is clean eating at its best.

This workshop is focussed on using foods in their natural state, for the most wholesome diet.

Begin by creating raw riceless sushi and raw vege nut burger, followed by a luxurious raw chocolate torte. Complete your new raw food repertoire with a nourishing raw health drink.

You can enjoy eating your raw food creations at the workshop and take home the recipes to whip up a meal at home for your friends and family.
