Theresa Hannan said... The tour was very rushed at the Museum. The lady that took us through Was very serious and did not put any humour into at all. Then we went to get our fish and chips and the museum had bugged up with order so got on board ferry without food as it was lunch time was not a good start. Went on ferry to island only to be shut in a room with department of conservation for 15 mins checking bags, pockets etc to see if we had brought mice or rats with us. Stayed on island for 10 mins and promptly caught the next ferry back to get our fish and chips. Sadly thinking this would be a high point was not to be. Fish was shark which was dry and tough to eat. Would not recommend this tour at all if travelling to Wellington.
